Sherif has a broad experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital market, securities, banking law, general corporate, trade & commerce, labour & employment, and commercial transactions.
Sherif obtained his LL.B from School of Law, English Department, Cairo University, and he obtained LL.M with Merit in "International Business Law" in 2008 – 2009 from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, focusing on international banking and finance regulations as well as capital market law. He was ranked as the second of the International Business Law Department. He obtained a "distinction" on his LL.M dissertation titled as "Tender Offer Rules under Egyptian Law".
Sherif is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2002, and he is currently admitted to appear before Egyptian Cassation courts. He is also a member of Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London Alumni since 2009.
Hoda was previously a partner, a team leader in a tier one international law firm in Egypt. Hoda has more than 22 years of experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, debt financing, general corporate, banking law, tax law, and labour law.
Hoda holds a Maitrise in international Business Law from Paris I - Pantheon Sorbonne, a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University - Faculty of Law in May 2000.
Hoda is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2001, and she is currently admitted to appear before Egyptian Cassation courts.
